3.1 Account Creation

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. We provide:

• 14-Day Trial: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of initial signup
• Service Unavailability: Pro-rated credit for extended outages exceeding our SLA
• Billing Errors: Refunds for billing errors or service failures on our part

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1,000 AUD, whichever is greater.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
